 How do I track my order?

You have to put in your order number number. we will send you your order number and it will look like this #1001 It is four digits or more.

 

What if my product is damaged?

You product is damaged sent us an email and we allow refunds up to 30 days if you have the product.

How am I able to communicate with somebody about a problem?

Do you allow refunds?

We only allow refunds for up to 60 days.

Do you provide international shipping?

We provide international shipping to all countries. But the quickest shipping we have is the United States of America. But the country we can not ship to is Turkey.

 

 

 

Why you guys can not ship your humidifiers or cigarette lighters to turkey?

Because Turkey has prohibited the shipment of electronics and cosmetics.

 

How many items am I allowed to buy?

You can buy as many things as you want.

 

How do I refund my item?

In order to refund your item you must email us, and if the item is damaged You must send the photo, Our refund process may take 3 to 5 days due to the fact we have to be organized. We would be glad to refund you.
